Refund & Return Policy
At Colorix, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy is designed in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-commerce Rules, 2020 (India).
1. Eligibility for Refund/Return
You can request a refund or replacement if:
- The product is defective/damaged.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is materially different from its description.
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor variations in color/texture (due to screen/printing differences).
- Customized/made-to-order items, unless defective.
2. Process
- You must raise a refund/return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order ID, reason for return, and proof (photos/videos).
- We will arrange reverse pickup or request you to send the product back.
3. Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Return Shipping
- If the fault is ours (defect, wrong product), we bear the shipping costs.
- If due to customer reasons (wrong size chosen, order placed by mistake), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for defective/damaged products, subject to stock availability.
6. Disputes
In case of disputes, customers may approach:
- Colorix Customer Support, or
- Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (India) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
