Refund & Return Policy

At Colorix, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy is designed in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-commerce Rules, 2020 (India).

1. Eligibility for Refund/Return

You can request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is defective/damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is materially different from its description.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor variations in color/texture (due to screen/printing differences).
  • Customized/made-to-order items, unless defective.

2. Process

  • You must raise a refund/return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide order ID, reason for return, and proof (photos/videos).
  • We will arrange reverse pickup or request you to send the product back.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the fault is ours (defect, wrong product), we bear the shipping costs.
  • If due to customer reasons (wrong size chosen, order placed by mistake), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for defective/damaged products, subject to stock availability.

6. Disputes

In case of disputes, customers may approach:

  • Colorix Customer Support, or
  • Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (India) under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
